Below are the teams.  We will have some girls drop out and some sign up, we still have 4 girls on the 13's that are probable so we didn't count them in yet.  We may move some players around a bit but tentatively this is what we are looking at.  If your name has an asterik (*) next to it then I need the following from you ASAP:

1.  USA Membership form (you can register at this link) http://www.imvolleyball.org/membership.htm please register and pay for your membership, bring the printed copy and receipt to me

2.  Medical Release form, this can be found at http://www.imvolleyball.org/IVA%20Downloads/medicalrelease.pdf please fill it out and return to me

3.  Clothing size form, handed out to your child at tryouts.  If you need a new one, please contact me at 635.4561

DON'T FORGET THE SERVE -A -THON THURSDAY NIGHT ( 11/20/08 ) AT 7:00 PM AT HHS, If you will be gone to the Football game, contact me so I can arrange another day and time for you to do your serves.
